Applewood Riverhouse, Unit C603 Riverplace condo, is a 3 bedroom 2 bath condo with a balcony overlooking the Little Pigeon River and the Great Smoky Mountains. Parking available in front of building and go down one flight of stairs to access the unit on the lower level.
There is NOT an elevator in this building and you WILL need to be able to navigate stairs in order to access this property.
Bedding includes a queen bed in the master, a queen bed in the second bedroom and a queen bed in the 3rd bedroom and will sleep up to 6 guests. This unit is immaculate and features thoughtful decor throughout. The outside balcony has patio furniture and overlooks the beautiful Little Pigeon River.
Other amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, indoor whirlpool tub with separate shower in the master bath, tub/shower combo in the second bathroom, living room with gas fireplace, iron/ironing board, a washer/dryer and highspeed wireless internet and cable TV.
The outdoor community swimming pool, kiddie pool and hot tub are located on the Orchards side of the Apple View River Resort and is open May to September annually. The fireplaces are operational October to April annually. Apple View River Resort has a Game Room with Foosball, pool table and air hockey and a Fitness Center with treadmills, elipticals, exercise bikes, free weights, weight machines, a sauna, flat screen TV and free wireless internet access, all located at our clubhouse on the backside of our office in the yellow farmhouse at the beginning of the resort. The resort also offers a river walk along the river with gas lights, sculptures and picnic tables, an outdoor fire-pit and the Appleview Ark Playground with rubber safety mulch.
We are conveniently located 1/2 mile off the parkway near The Apple Barn Village and Restaurant.
