Appleview River Resort is located in Sevierville, TN, only a couple of minutes from all of the fun things to do in Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Our Appleview River Resort Condos and Orchard Villas sit along the Little Pigeon River with beautiful views of the Smoky Mountains.
Directions to Appleview River Resort:
Our Sevierville resort is easy to find and is just a few minutes from the main Pigeon Forge Parkway. From the Parkway (US 441), turn at traffic light 12.6 (at Walgreens) onto Apple Valley Road. Drive past the Apple Barn Village and take the first left onto Lonesome Valley Road. Continue about ½ mile. You will pass a restaurant and brewery on the left, Iron Forge Brewing Co. You will then see an RV park and campground on the left. Go just past this into the gravel cul-de-sac. Our office is the yellow two-story farmhouse with a red tin roof on the right.
