Directions: From The Parkway (U.S. 441), turn right at traffic light 12.6 (after Walgreens). Take the first left past the Apple Barn onto Lonesome valley Road. Continue about ½ mile. You will see a building on the left with a blue roof. Go just past this building into the cul de sac. The office is the yellow two-story farm house on the right.
Smoking & Pets: Please note that there is NO SMOKING in all of our units and we have a NO PETS policy. Ashtrays are provided for use outside of the units.
Cancellation Policy: Advance deposits are nonrefundable. If you cancel prior to 48 hours of arrival you may reschedule the reservation within 1 year and apply the deposit to that stay. If you cancel within 48 hours of arrival you will be responsible for the entire balance.
Damage Deposit: Any cash paying customer will be required to make a $200 damage deposit which will be refunded after inspection of the unit following your stay.
Check-in: You may check in any time after 3:00 PM. Our office is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST. Please call our office 48 hours in advance if you will be arriving after hours or on weekends. Normal Check-in is from 3 PM to 5 PM Monday through Friday. After-hours check in is also at the office. See your reservation confirmation for after-hours check-in information. A map from the office to your condo will be in your check-in papers. Please come by the office the next business day to complete your transaction. We reserve the right to assign similar accommodations if necessary.
Check-out: Check out time is 11:00 AM EST. Please leave all towels in the bath room floor and take out any trash or refrigerator items that may spoil. Dumpsters are located throughout the facility. Bring your keys to the office and place them in the black box to the right of the front door marked key deposit.
Emergencies: Contact 911 for all emergencies. Use the in-room booklet for your condo address. Information on how to handle all non-emergency issues may be found in your in-room booklet.
Clubhouse: The clubhouse and fitness center are located on the back side of the office. The door code is in your check-in packet.
Pool/Hot tub: The pool and hot tub are located in the Orchards area. Both are heated and open on a seasonal basis. Hours are 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM. Towels are not provided. Please follow all rules. Children are not to be left unattended. The pool is for guests and owners only. Please do not invite outside guests who are not staying at Appleview. Life guard is not on duty.
What’s provided: Bedding, towels, washcloths, paper products, coffee, soap, shampoo, laundry detergent, and dishwasher detergent. Additional supply of these items are available only during business hours and at an additional cost.
Kitchen items are also included in each unit. Please bring with you any special items you may require. Each condo is family owned and therefore there will be different items in each unit.
